Booking your session

The perfect time to photograph your bump is between 28 -32 weeks. We are flexible and happy to work with you on timing, but it is best to contact us as soon as possible to schedule your session.

Our maternity sessions are tailored to you and include an online consultation with Russ. We will discuss ideas on lighting, posing, outfits and colour themes and will work closely together to ensure that we create images that match your vision. Once your session is confirmed, we will send you a preparation guide with tips on preparing for your session.

Products & Pricing

There is a session fee that is payable at the time of making your provisional booking. Maternity sessions are held at our studio and are booked in on weekdays only. The session fee of £250 covers the following:

• Three hours of studio time in Finchley, North London

• Professional hair and makeup on the day of your shoot.

• Full digital retouching and enhancing of your images.

• Your image reveal and ordering session. This is scheduled one week after the shoot

You are also investing in over 20 years of experience in photographing newborn babies, our artistic talent and an experience that you will cherish for many years to come.

Please note that the session fee does not include printed or digital images.

We firmly believe that the beautiful pictures that we will create fully deserve to be displayed using the best quality printed products. It is the only safe way to preserve and archive this incredible moment in your lives. All of our collections include a set of professionally printed and mounted photos and the same images stored digitally on a USB drive.

You will get to choose your favourites and take them home with you on the day of your ‘reveal’ session. Each collection includes a luxury handcrafted folio box to store your precious photo’s. There are also display products, including wall art, video keepsakes, and gift prints, that you can add to your collection.

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a collection, and there is never any hard sell. Individual prints can be purchased.

Viewing and Choosing your Pictures

One week after your session, we invite you back to our studio for “the reveal’, where you’ll see your photos for the first time. Your prints & digital images can be purchased and taken home the same day. Your customised folio box and other display art will be delivered to you roughly two weeks after your reveal session.
